Nice location, good food, nice ambiance Service was good. Only problem I noticed is foul smell coming from bathroom when you enter the room. May be addressed.

Poor Stay
1. The washroom was not cleaned, it was stinky.. even after asking the staff they just came and spread some fragrance which didn't work. 2. The bed sheet and cover looked dirty, which wasn't washed properly.

The hotel room is not clean properly,and services like house keeping and room service are very bad.only the front desk seems very professional but after check in it is just below average hotel.

Average Stay
Stayed for 3 nights. The door wouldn't close from outside but they didn't attend to it. The staff is like: your belongings are safe inside! The common area except the reception was always dirty. The service to room was late and needed several reminders. Their other properties are well managed but not this one

unpleasant stay
washroom wasn't clean and very smelly even after they put lots of room freshner it kept smelling bad all the time Full of cigarettes smell and unclean food plates and beer bottles in corridors

Good Stay at Simran
It was a Pleasant stay At Simran International, initially it was a bit Hick up, but they have fixed all the problems. Room Service was also Good. Food is a bit expensive but it was good in taste. Breakfast was very good.

Room service was very poor. The food delivery to the room was very late, and the items received did not match the order. Additionally, there was water overflow in the bathroom due to plumbing issues. Please take necessary action to improve service quality.

Very bad experience in the hotel. No internet : doors are not proper / tv not working/ AC is not cooling . Made complaint in the reception but no proper response.

It was a Pleasant stay At Simran International, initially it was a bit Hick up, but they have fixed all the problems. Room Service was also Good. Food is a bit expensive but it was good in taste. Breakfast was very good.

Nice location, good food, nice ambiance Service was good. Only problem I noticed is foul smell coming from bathroom when you enter the room. May be addressed.
