No geyser in room, walls paints were peeled off, room service were too late, tv started working after 4-5 hour after checking. Wifi was not provided.

We stayed for two days first day the room was not prepared on time and when we got the room the room didn't have any towel or toiletries or a phone plus the door was bad the toilets broken tap leaking so we asked for refund for one day and were leaving without staying the second day and the hotel offered a suite room as compensation without any trouble so second was alright but still the rooms condition was not that good

Horrible experience at hotel

The stay at the hotel was horrible. There was no water in our room at night. The guy in the night shift at hotel reception was very rude. Upon having a heated argument with him, he changed our room with defunct ceiling fan & almost non working air conditioner. The guy working in night shift at reception was not fit for hotel management.
