Room and food quality was good. Can add better toiletries i stead of local ones.

The hotel is quite good and the location is almost 1 km from the national highway. The rooms are good enough and hygiene but the prices for food are quite high as compared to the ambience of the hotel.

Best hotel in udhampur, very good location and excellent food at all times. Much recommended with a lot of shops around and good service by staff. They graciously allowed a late check out for me as well. Much recommended for anyone traveling to udhampur. Will stay again here.

Not satisfied. Charges taken by hotel was not worthy, they didn’t provide toothpaste, tooth brush, washroom was unhygienic. No water bottle provided

Safety standards are well put in place. Right from entry to exiting the hotel someone is always there to accompany you till the gate. Overall nice experience

Place was good and staff was okay as well but food was pretty costly and it did not taste that good too. They also charged us for the towels, mentioning that they will have to replace those. When a customer is paying for the stay and for the party, I think they could easily wave off extra. Which was not very professional of them.

You have a choice between Singh Axis and dolphin. Rates of dolphin are slightly lower. Food is exceptional.
