Terrible stay

It was family stay, room was shabby not clean, bed was dirty and uncomfortable, location was ok, Hotel services and staff behavior was very terrible, washroom was also not clean, ambiances and amenities was not well maintained. Only safety and security was average. Overall it was a terrible stay. Not suggested.
