Review Of Hotel Sitara Grand

There is no food available at hotel and there is no space for parking

Stay at sitara grand was pathetic. No wifi, no water bottle. Loose wire were all around the place. No toiletries, no door mats nothing was there. Some packaging cartons were kept in room we stayed. Totally horrible experience. Very poor

The staff was inexperienced and couldn't understand or converse in any of the languages i spoke. The electricity kept going out and the power back-up was extremely erratic.

The stay was made good by the care taker named avinash. He was very helpful and supportive during the late night hours and early morning as well. It is a new property with ugly floors inside the room, only one power point, no ac. No lift etc.

Good stay at the hotel, newly built property but need some more internal facilities as per client needs
