Very bad behavior and food quality is very poor and check out call before time very bad service all staff

Poor service and worst staff behaviour. The room is too dirty. Window won't close and bathroom door as well. Requested management to change room. No response. Not recommendable. Don't go to hotel. Restaurant food is good and so is the basic complementary breakfast, property location is very convenient but facilities like bathroom maintenance, leaky taps, shower cabins, windows and shades needs improvement.

Room is full bad odour, ac is not working, no comb, bathrooms are too small and taps are not working properly, totally it's a waste of money

Service quality is not appreciable, i got to remind multiple times to get things done, they have given room whose washroom not functioning properly. I informed them before check in to hotel, still they haven’t get room ready.

Sitara grand - banjara hills is well located but the rooms are poorly maintained. The food is excellent with a very sumptuous south indian breakfast. Check in & out is very odd. Room service is poor. Overall poor value for money.

The hotel is situated at a prime location and the food is good. But other services were not good. Ac was not working properly. Washroom was messy and water taps did not work properly. There is a foul smell in the elevators and corridors.

There is no proper checkin time they allowed me at 2pm to chekin or else i had to pay 1500 for early checkin like 4 hrs before it's 10am. Room is not worth for the price, and if u book 1-3 days but they will give you access card only for 1 day again we need to get update for access card in reception. It's a worst experience for the guests.

Hotel location was in quite place which was good, rooms were spacious & clean, the staff were friendly & courteous & the food was good. Worth the price.
