We came for business trip so in need to prepare report and comfy stay we chose hotel room but light was less. Only yellow lights are there no tubelights while preparing report without less light source we suffered water we paid and got no heater, tv remote broken a/c it's window ac wings are broken no reducing ****on, dust, last minute so we occupied staffs complaining that give amount for water orelse they will reduce it in salary i told husband went out i will give he stood up out of the room until he gets amount

There were two hotels in the same name sivabagya… actually I entered correct one which i was booked. But they told not this that one. I was roaming here and there after a fight i got my room. Room was good but staff behaviour is very bad.. don’t know how to deal with customers… family members pls don’t goto SIVABAGYA near arapalayam bus stand

We booked two rooms, and the hotel is an absolute disgrace. The walls are unfinished, with peeling paint, and the service is abysmal. There are no toiletries provided, and we weren’t even given blankets. The property is old and rundown, completely different from the deceptive photos. This level of misrepresentation is unacceptable.

I had a terrible experience while my stay. If you face any issue and complain about it to hotel staff then they clearly tell if you have issue please checkout. We will mark your booking as complete. Be prepared to sleep in a room filled with mosquitos.

Room & toilet was very small, blanket was not there, drinking water service was not there. Biggest problem is mosquitos in the room.

Location is very near to bus stand apart from this nothing to tell very poor hygiene and very small room even not worth for 500 rs

Very dirty property n not safe for females. Washroom flush not working. Because it's damaged. No water service n no shop n no towel when i asked to reception then he totally denied they didn't have water. Curtain bedshit pillow is full of dirt. Room wall is leaking. Ac is not working. Staff is having very rude behaviour they didn't friendly n not supportive. I suggest to people pls don't book this hotel.

Firstly no telecom facility between Room and Reception, secondly hot water based on the solar system ( Timings 8 -10 am) Remaining hours you shouldn’t bath , Ac not functional and you have to share the Remote with the neighbours Room,Lastly when your at Room you have to sleep immediately if not lye Down on the bed and assume how does the ceiling constructed off , which means TV not functional at all. Very very bad experience I had ever with this hotel , I strongly recommend not to book this hotel and Make my trip to advise us or by suggesting this stay !!!😡😡😡

The room is very bad, so please do not stay in this hotel with any family. This hotel room no towel, no dental kit, no hot water, no restaurant, rooms everything bad. Don't stay with so family man.

Never suggest this hotel to any one. Staff so rude, room sooo small and very dirty. Keep your luggage and no place to walk. No hot water, so tiny bath come toilet. Lot of mosquitoes in the entire premises. It is not a hotel. It us a lodge. We were supposed to take additional room by shelling out money.

First of all, the pictures of the rooms are not from this hotel they have mentioned. It is from their annexe hotel which is next to this hotel. As a family, you can never dream of even stepping inside this hotel. Total nightmare experience. It is so dark and fowl smelling corridors. The room is so small with no proper lighting or ventilation. Ac was not working properly and water was leaking from the sink and tiny bathroom. No water heater and room full of mosquitoes. No towels or blankets are available. Even after asking for the same, nobody provided anything till we checked out. I was awake all night as it felt so unsafe for a family to stay in that scary room. I was ready to call police for help in case something happened. I had booked this hotel at the last minute and paid for one night stay but it turns out that they completely deceived and cheated us. Please don't book this hotel ever.

Hygiene: 0 out of 10 safety: 0 out of 10 no water for drinking. Water was leaking from the outlet of the basin. No bath towel. Interior color / painting in black giving the feeling of creepiness. Support staff behaviour pathetic and indifferent in attitude. Donot understand how mm t is on-boarding these type creepy place. Can not be designated as a hotel. Mm t reps should inspect the properties before enlisting in the app. Mm t staff along with family should stay in all prperties incognito and rate neutrally and moderate the rating as per customer feedback. This is the second time, i have encountered this type of property. Mm t not turstworthy. Please be careful, if any one is visiting with family and booking through mmt price wise, the booking was exorbitant comparing the standard of properties. I have refrained myself for giving a tag 'hotel' to sivabhagya beacuse it can not designated. At best it is lodge with price bracket of rs. 1000 not rs. 3500. Mmt is not doing the homework. Do jot use mmt. Note: erriness along with creepiness in this property.

Rooms like pigeon nest. Wash basin leakage. No proper blanket available. No complimentary soap and other accessories. Overall it's terrible experience.
