Review Of Hotel Sky Park , Mattannur

Not as Expected. Door key was not properly worked, every time need some assistance from the reception. Choosen MAP Plan, food was very limited items ; no menu was available. Tea makeing system/ Refresh tea coffee kits which includes Electric kettle like basic things were not available. only room size is large.

There was no bathtub in the semi-suite as shown in the images. I was expecting it to be there, but it was missing, which was disappointing.

my friend told me to stay hotel sky park and it was a nice experience in there everything is gud and nicee service

The room was very clean. The behavior of the staff was very good. especially Room Service, Housekeeping, Front Office etc. Food was very good. The price difference is worse when booking online and direct. There is only reception number to call any service from the room. through mobile. A message is shown to recharge to get many channels on TV.

Late night check in, gate was found closed. Could not get in for 10 mts. Breakfast started at 9. 30 am only. Only idiyappam with curry was given for breakfast. No options at all. Whatever little given was tasty but.

Big spacious room, well furnished will all the necessary amenities and courteous, polite and soft spoken staff welcomes with a smile, food good, would love to stay whenever i visit matanoor.

The location of this hotel is very much accessible for those who get down at mattannur bus stand. The price also in a reasonable rate. Overall we felt good with services and the reception

Location is ok near to town..room and service is fine when i stay there ac is not working at night and i call them they give me another room to stay and bar and hotel entry are through same gate 👎🏻

Had a pleasant stay, courteous staff, soft spoken, rooms were spacious and well maintained, had a comfortable stay, near to the airport and easily accessible.

Nice rooms, the only problem i faced was with the tv. Tv was not working properly and when i informed them about this they come in and checked but still it was not working. All other services were good

Good location silent area. Neat and tidy rooms. Amble space and well furnished. Good behaviour and services. Restaurant and food good. No noice or any disturbance from the bar

3 star level rooms even it is on Ac. As requested top floor given. But need to improve room facilities like, tea coffe Maker or a kettle, No dental kit in bath room. But got on request. Phone was not working in rooms.No ac oned while breakfast.Overall good rooms with good breakfast

Business solo traveller, the hotel was value for money, staff really helpful

Rooms were comfortable for stay. Staff language was barrier to communicate. Food needs to have more choice in continental one.

Lot of noise from the old ac's will not let you sleep peacefully. Rest all the facilities and services are good
