Super service and excellent guidance for visiting places it is very near to railway station hotel ambience and food is super all staff members are very polite and did their job excellently

Hotel skylark gaya is good. The staff members are hospitable, polite and decent. Food is good. However, the ac and geyser services were not really up to the mark. They may improve upon these.

Clean bathroom and washrooms, pure veg food availability and nearby railway station and they have their own cab facilities inside which helped for trip.

There is no lift. They don't provide bsic toiletry. Linens are not washed. Only near to station. Food was home style vegiterian, exhuburantly priced.

I boo-led the hotel as it was mm t assured. But the hotel is in bad condititom or may the room which was given to me. The room was stinking. Water in the morning was not available. No space for hang your cloths. I used my bedsheet and blanket whihc i carried in the train as i did not get want to use their blanket as it was not clean.

I have booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child, 1 room is ok but another is very bad, dirty washroom, not sufficient light, hot water not available.
