Poor service, rom services are very costly, AC not working properly, TV unable to start , room attendant not available at all times

Not good place to stay. Room are not properly ventilated. Also beds are smelling

Lot of food items in their menu cards were not available. I was told that there is a buffet breakfast, but it was ala carte with a limited menu, and that also vegetarian. On 26th night, there was short circuiting at hotel and power cut from around 2.00 am to 4.30 am. As it was very suffocating inside the room, I couldn't sleep during this period. The rates of food items were not correctly mentioned in the menu booklet available in rooms and I was overcharged for one dish i.e. keema Naan gravy. charged Rs.280.00 instead of Rs.199.00 So the overall stay was below average. Good cleaned room. Room size was big. Bathroom also cleaned with fan. Stuffs are very cooperative. Nice stay as expected.

Only same options are provided on daily for meals which is included in map plan also lack of awareness among the team provision of hot water is not proper for bathing communication skills are also not effective

Toiletries were not enough. Not good for your visit not enough towels, limited hot water, drinking water is charged

Staff is very helpful l and services are excellent but if there is slight change in dinner is in mm t booking include non veg

the hotel location and look are good but the inside rooms are not clean and maintained properly, the pillow covers are not clean….. the bed covers have stains……don't even have a hand shower so we are forced to take head wash every day finally internet don't have signal in my room etc. keep body wash only one day

The rooms were near and clean. Value for money. I had stayed at this place for 6 days and the stay was peaceful, the staff are very responsive. The in room dining food quality is also really good.

Good rooms, good food, good staff, good location, overall had a very good experience. Suggested all to stay.

There was no bucket in bathroom. No comb, no hair oil and no shaving kit were available in room. Room is small size. And more thing, food quality is very very bad while price is too much high.

Rooms are way too expensive as per the facilities provided. Rooms are dirty and it was hard to get clean bed sheets from the hotel
