Food choices are very limited. Cannot get breakfast early even in summers. Call services and cleanliness not good.

Approach is terrible. Difficult to find. Room facilities do not include even water and toilettries leave alone a kettle. Food good but service terrible

1 - terrible. Please do not recommend hotel smr palace to your customers. Its not worth staying. Services are very poor over there. You order tea and it comes after one and half hours later. They do no cleaning of their rooms and bathrooms after previous customer checks out. They simply make the bed somehow and handover the key. They are functioning with bare skeletal staff. Even proper bill was not given by them on my checkout. Very pathetic experience.

Rooms are decently sized and bare minimum. Just a small soap was given. Had to ask water multiple times and over three days that we had to stay, no one even bothered to clean the room even once despite multiple reminders. Staff is rude and had asked to extend our stay to keep our luggage, which they earlier agreed and then last minute withdrew the same. Very disappointed by the lack of basic courtesy and hygiene.

Room survice is pathetic in this hotel. Hole night telephone is not worked.
