Hotel was clean and spacious. Lift is available. Parking is available beside the hotel at owner’s risk. Room service is not available but you can order online. Located some at centre of the city. Full of vehicles sound 24hrs since it is opposite to chennai and bangalore highway. Hotel guys are supportive. Worth for money u pay. Necessary accessories kit also they provide.

Nice stay at sms grand inn. Room is clean and neat. Bathroom hygiene is good but looks old. Breakfast was good. Good for short term stay

Very nice and comfortable stay for us. Room was neat and clean. Excellent location. Auto rickshaw available all night from just from footsteps of the hotel.

Our stay in hotel sms grand inn was very good. All of the staff including house keeping were very good. The rooms were clean and they made sure it was cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast was simple but however we enjoyed it as the staff were nice and friendly. I would like to mention front office manager kartik who was exceptional and extremely diligent. He was very helpful and informative and went out of his way to make our stay a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back to this hotel if we’re back in vellore again.

Great location. Excellent service and behaviour of reception and staff. Neat and clean modern hotel. Through restaurant is yet to start, zomato service available. Wonderful and neat housekeeping.

The hotel sms grand inn is a budgetary hotel and located at a very convenient place from where most of the things are accessible. Outstation bus stand and katpadi road are within 1 km of this hotel. Although breakfast is available here but no lunch/dinner. Hotel staff are friendly. Overall this hotel can be considered as value for money.

Although the room space is lesser but bathroom space is good. Staff behaviour is nice and courteous. Location wise very good. Easy conveyance auto, private car, hired cars etc available. If you plan to visit cm c or vit, this hotel is a good option in the price for vellore. (prices are little higher side compared to other towns like vellore)

Nice and decent hotel with good location. Staff is very cooperative. Parking is a bit challenging but security is there to help you to park either beside or front of hotel. Nice breakfast is also available.
