I have stayed 2 days with my family. Everyone & every thing of this hotel is excellent. Kanchenjunga mountain view is excellent from this hotel. Front desk staff & hotel manager behavior is very polite & gentle.

I suppose this hotel has the best view best service and overall the best stay experience so far. We were enthralled and awestruck by the view of kanchenjunga from the window as well as the balcony. Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff behaviour was very good. We were highly satisfied. Worth every penny

Location of the hotel is very close to the local market, clean rooms and really good staff behaviour. Food quality was really good as well (i had dinner and breakfast only. Best part, you can see entire kanchenjunga range from the hotel room itself. Compared to other hotels, this is reasonably priced, just book it 3-4 weeks before. Had a wonderful stay with family, will like to stay here if i visit again.

Great view. Great hospitality. Excellent staff. Need we say more? large hotels could learn a lesson or two about customer experience from these guys. It's a small hotel but the staff made a genuine effort to make sure we had a pleasant stay - be it local food, sightseeing advice or even tips around planning your day. More importantly, we had the same treatment from the receptionist, serving staff and the chef - it all came from the heart. A big thank you to sion, pooja and diwakar for making it a memorable stay at pelling

If you book from mmt, you will find this hotel at a reasonable price. Hotel staff are very well behaved. You will get food order from concerned restaurant in stipulated time.

one of the very best hotel. great food, great staffs. worth every penny.you can easily enjoy the kanchanjangha view from the hotel window.. mediocre hotel. not worth the money. staffs are good, but the food is pathetic. except the mountain view rooms nothing else is worth.
