Review Of Hotel Somnath Pride

This hotel has posted pics on mmt app which shows hotel is new, but actually it is not. Moreover, price charged is way too high. They have charged money for location only, which is just nearby temple. Moreover no food option. Not even tea. You can just spend a night here.

only good thing is the location.. otherwise everything is terrible.. no cleanliness.. no hot water..

The stay is pleasant, location was good , only issue was there that my room is on 4th floor but on that day the lift was out of service although staff convinced me that it will start working soon. Room was neat and clean.

The room was very bad quality,small,not a good room , not available in hot water for bath, worst atmosphere, the bathroom was dirty,the surroundings were very bad and dirty,the generator wasn't there,not provided vehicles service for transport,the room was tell very deluxe but it was very low quality , the electronic products were not working properly and remote of that were so much low quality, the room had given so much late but it was available to get room now only pay some amount of money and he was not telling how to go to temple and direction of any places we were asking and also not providing tourist places and he was telling to get mineral water of bottle to pay money and lift was also not working properly and in middle lift a was jam and also not providing basic facility like napkins , bathroom mats, mats, telephone, towels, handwash,soap. The room cleaning facility is not provided. It was telling us that we were getting a dual bed but it was given only a single bed The hotel was made in a small area and told us that it was made in a larger area with basic facilities and it was not a restaurant even for lunch and dinner. The room thing was not working properly like a window,etc. My rating about this Hotel was zero stars.It was the very worst hotel till I experienced it was the very worst hotel ever I saw.

The hotel booked was not even allotted . They gave the hotel next to it with same rate and low amenities. Tried connecting with customer care but was all in vein.

This property is located just 100 m from Somnath Temple. I booked 4 bed room. It was an excellent stay at this hotel

I couldn't stay at the hotel and had to go to some other place after seeing the room and the environment. The approach to hotel is surrounded by firewood suppliers. Very narrow and dirty lane. The rooms are like a dharamshala. Only a bed and a plastic chair. Cleanliness is poor. Overall a bad impression. Don't book this place if you are looking for a hotel.

Don't go through pic showing on portal, very smaller room compared with online pic, staff is non cooperative
