It was an excellent stay here. I was worried about the hot water, cleanliness and power facilities but this hotel stayed up to the mark in all aspects. I really enjoyed the stay along with my friends. It also has a beautiful view from the windows.

We stayed in sonamarg inn for a night in may 2024. Nice place, very close to the pony rides and tourist action. Neat and clean. The eatery at the premises was also useful.

The view from my room was like heaven and the most amazing part is snow fall ac-cured at that time and it was like just fantastic.

Great location. The double deluxe room has great views on two sides. Room is spacious. Toilet is on the smaller side. Staff may respond late to service requests and some are often less experienced at work. But the manager is a very friendly and helpful guy. Room is competitively priced.

the property is surrounded by mountains and there is little fountain flowing opposite to property.the manager is extremely helpful. all staffs are cooperative.serene and peaceful location. In house restaurant is also there.highly recommended

Our stay was really good. The view from room was perfect with snow covered peaks. Rooms were clean and the staff was welcoming. If i ever visit sonamarg again, i would love to stay at this place.

It's a new property. Rooms are in excellent condition & clean. Location is magnificent. Hotel owner & staffs are welcoming & polite. Food is fantastic. We have a very pleasant stay in this property. I have never seen such wonderful hospitality in entire kashmir valley.

All staff are polite and good behaviour. Breakfast was good hot water supply electric beds rooms are clean. Balkani area with sitting arrangement

Good location, good views. Good food. But staff is very inexperienced and makes frequent mistakes. We caught them charging us extra. Cleanliness is questionable since bathroom isn't neat and bedsheets are a bit dirty.

Stayed there for 2 nights with my family. Only good part about the hotel is the view and the clean rooms. Location is average. Staff's hospitality is very poor. They can question you on using extra bowls in restaurant or going out of the hotel at 6.
