Owner of the hotel is a gentleman. Cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. Location is superb. Multiple nearby restaurants have varieties of food options. Behavior of staffs and car drivers is excellent. Staying here may be better than at five star hotel.

Well the most important line- in this price range this hotel is the best one in Fort Kochi .. Location was perfect which was only 2 min walk from the beach .. Within 1 km there was ferry service .. Cleanliness was super awsmm ... Above all hospitality was the best part which will lead you in happy mood after checking out ...

Very nice homestay, maintained just like home, room were clean and honour was very polite in nature and supportive and the locality was very good. Would like to stay once again with family and will recommend others as well.

Hotel is situated very near to beach and the owner is very friendly and cordial... Staff are good and polite.. Memorable stay.. They will arrange boat trips and boat house stays on order.. Location is fantastic... The street looks like a european replica.

I have stayed here for one night from 24th to 25th September, location is right next to sea beach, they only provide breakfast but it should not be a problem as many restaurants near by place, the facility they provide with this price tag is excellent & the rooms are super clean. The rooms are small but you will get every essential facility that you want. The staff members are very cooperative & helpful. The only problem is that it is very far away from airport & takes 90 mins to reach there.

I firstly chose this hotel by chance as it was a budget hotel. But it was totally worth th price. It gave me a homelike feeling. The books there, dining table, shoe rack, rooms, washroom etc. It was so welly maintained. Main advntage was the location. Right next to the beach and in the main princess street where you get to see various restaurants

Very good experience. All the staff and their behaviour are very friendly, helpful and homely. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. One of the best hotel we have ever stayed. It was near beach, park. Very relaxing

The experience was great. The rooms are cozy. The have all the modern facilities with even a small refrigerator in the room. Location is the best part about this hotel. They live up to their motto of 'home away from home'.

Couldn't believe the extent of facilities they provided for pocket friendly price. They also provide complimentary breakfast and coffee/tea. Black tea was superb. They made early breakfast for our family as we had to leave early. Thanks for the nice gesture!

This hotel is very near from the beach. Rooms were very clean and complimentary breakfast was so satisfying. But the main reason to mark it excellent is Mr. Xavier, the owner. He is really an amazing person, treated everyone like his own guest.
