I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Soubhagya Inn in Silvassa, which I booked through the MakeMyTrip (MMT) application. The experience fell far short of expected standards, particularly in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities. Upon entering the room, I was immediately greeted by a very unpleasant smell, which was a major deterrent. The general cleanliness of the room was subpar; the sheets and blankets also did not appear to be fresh or clean, which is highly concerning for any accommodation. Furthermore, basic room services and amenities were missing. Essential items like soap and toothpaste were not provided, which necessitated an immediate inconvenience. For a hotel booked on a reputable platform like MakeMyTrip, the absence of such fundamental necessities is unacceptable. Overall, the state of the room, the foul smell, and the lack of basic amenities like soap and toothpaste made for a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I urge MakeMyTrip to re-evaluate the quality standards of properties like Soubhagya Inn listed on your platform. Customers rely on MMT to provide reliable accommodation options, and this particular booking did not meet even the most basic requirements for a comfortable stay. I hope MMT will take this feedback seriously and consider steps to ensure better quality control for listed hotels.

Food was good, Location and facilities can be improved there is cockroches more than 5-6 ,also smell in start when we enter in room and services are very slow. Food is excellent

This is not a hotel. Feels like staying at Dharamshala- hotel: - don’t have intercom facility; - charging points are not working; - bathroom flush is not working; - smelly room having too much cockroaches - hotel personnel are not responding at mobile number also - WiFi is not working - no fire fighting equipment and require inspection from fire department - air pollution was there and AC was not working - dirty room - food quality is not up to the mark and require food inspection; - manager, don’t have answer for this terrible services;

Didn't have tv, also the ac remote was missing and had to get up to switch on and off. When asked at the reception, he said it is not reachable. The mirror was not available in the bathroom.

Dear sir, i have booked the suite room and give me very bed condition very bed smell coming from room and refrigerator after they change the room deluxe room. Tariff taken as per suite room and i haven shifted to deluxe room. Crocach problem in deluxe room and suite room. Dear sir, breakfast is very bad. Food quality not maintained and proper response

Make my trip got money for ac room and provided non ac room and charge was already high with tax no option to upgrade room in app and hotel manager instade of taking 200; extra to upgrade room took 400 saying they need to get extra money cause make my trip people will get 30% out of the fees. In short they just loot you in different reason. Worst service ac don't work and worst room and washroom condition without any water pressure or drainage system. It's a big no hotel

I have booked for 2 days and during booking, it showing refundable on cancellation, after booking, i unable to cancel, also no customer care number available to speak with makemytrip team. When i appraxhed hotel staff, they also declined, i stay for 1 night, but i paid for 2 full days. So my 1 day price gine wasted. For location finding, i called hotel staff, no response over call, just they told, u search and come. After reaching the told, no room available even if i told, it is confirmed on makemytrip booking. After their drame over, they assigned a room which is not cleaned, no proper sanitization. But 2 days price i paid. Third class and third grade hotel with 3rd grade staff, having no sense of humour.

Not so good. Average stay but staff is good

It's a budget friendly hotel with very average rooms but it's good if you want a cheap stay for one night or if you are travel-ling as a bachelor. But in case you are travel-ling with your family, try skipping this hotel. Though the staff behavior and cleanliness is surprisingly good and even room service and food is very good.

Sanitizer shall be kept at common area like reception area, entrance so that visitors can at least sanitize their hand. They should follow government guidelines and enforce the same to room guest. Towels are to be cleaned daily as well as the bed sheets.
