when i updated member to 2 to 3 adult then why at that time make my trip not ensure that ac standard room js small

This is a very average hotel with untrained staff, poorly managed kitchen, untidy linens and smelly rooms. There are barely any choices for buffet breakfast and you have to wait long for getting breads, puri etc. To accompany the veg curry. Same for tea-coffee. There is no parking area and since the hotel is located slightly away from the main road, you have to walk a while with your luggages to get autos etc. At the time of departure, the hotel staff won't assist you in getting an auto near the entrance. Lastly the lift is very old fashioned with collapsible gates and loud musical announcements that can disturb you till late night every time it passes your floor!

Service was very poor and food was also poor. Staff were less. Bedsheets and pillow cover was stinking.

poor food, poor stay, trash washroom. worst hotel experience till date. would have given -100 if available.

Reception is most rude and misbehaving. Restaurant is not operating in lunch time. Unsustainable rudeness of reception staff.

Everything is fine except breakfast. No image right now.

The person who sits in the front desk so called manager or receptionist is a complete rogue and doesn't know to treat a human and he doesn't even have a knowledge of hospitality mr. Rakesh this is for you

A pleasant room with all facilities

Service like room cleaning and food delivery to room was very poor. Food quality was also not up to the mark. Not at all value for money

I booked this hotel with breakfast. But right now they are telling me that no breakfast added. This is really disappointed me. I am getting thisbtype of services so why i booked room here.

The hotel is conveniently placed in Bistupur. Service is very good staff are friendly. Hotel room was clean and maintenance was good.

Room was very small and washroom was also very small.

First they gave a bad room then after complaining they gave an average room.

The hotel has good facilities, with mini fridge, electric kettle, tea bags. The restaurant is good. However, the room I stayed is very small and not matching with the price being charged. The front office and housekeeping staffs are friendly.
