It is quite old hotel, cleanliness should be greatly improved, food is poor, don’t expect tastier food, management should be improved greatly, do not go by 4*, in my opinion it is not worth 4*

Excellent Stay
The room is meet and tidy. Had good break fast. Local food with 3 varieties, juice, tea coffee, available. Taste and surrounding very good. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. AC is smooth flowing, adjustable, centralised. Bathroom is clean, warm water available. Over all nice stay.. 😊😊

Good Stay
Had a good experience staying in Span, it is located in a very centralized location easy to access Metro, Restaurants, Malls and Marine drive. Did not like the complimentary breakfast but the stay and service was fantastic.

family with 1 kidRoom is good. But lobby and lift needs maintenance. Air condition was not working had a strange smell in lobby.

Mosquito in room, bad quality of linen, block washroom drains, bad toiletries, bad room amenities, absolutely bad breakfast spread.

Terrible Stay
The worst hotel i had stayed, it was not clean, stains in all the linens. Everything was dirty and it smelled bad.

Poor Stay
The room is good. But the staff behaviour and amenities are very bad. Even they are not replacing towels regularly. They are keeping the same used towels. Bed sheets and billow covers are not changed. There complementary breakfast is worst. They not having any options. Only dosa they have every day. Juices are filled with lot of sugar. And if chutney is finished they are not refilling, they said no chutney more adjust with sambar. We need to compromise qualities and adjust staying there. Staff must not have given any training on hospitality and customer service. Staffs behaviours are like some third class lodge staffs

The room was very uncomfortable

Poor Stay
The food morning buffet was terrible, they could have done better, there is hardly any staff available in restaurant, only 1 staff, rooms are ok, but food and beverage part needs strong and definite upgrade. It was a mess.
