Hotel location is excellent and it's well maintained. I stayed for a night here and stay was very comfortable. Only small point is they should distinguish between smoking and non smoking rooms and ask customers for type of room they want. I am saying this because a family came in where few men were smoking and the gallery was quite smelling baad in the morning. Room service was prompt and my request for iron was adhered to without any costs. Parking is underground so that was big relief as when i came here it was quite hot.

The location was good. Breakfast had limited options and was average. Other amenities were good. We just stayed for the night. Overall, it was a decent stay

Property is a bit inwards from main road, difficult for cabs to pick & drop. The room & washroom were clean & justifiable for the price, just some fiddly taps or shower heads along with a bit unpleasant odour in toilets which was not a big issue. Altogether i had a pleasant budget stay. The staff were polite & helpful.

The food available is only veg. The hotel page has an incorrect description of the super deluxe room. You have to pay an additional 1000 to use the other bed as well. Location is inside the city which has a lot of traffic.

Room was good but they hame charge for water bottles. If they charged for a room so they don't gave a 1 water bottle

It was mentioned as 4 star but quality was very poor. Staff was unprofessional. Cleanliness was not there. Not enough facilities. Very bad experience.

One of the worst hotels i have seen, i traveled a lot in india and stayed at different 4 star hotels but never seen this type of rude behaviour of the hotel receptionist. I was not doing the checkin as receptionist behaviour was very rude
