We have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, which is very high for place like roorkee.I reached there in the morning,so I got a room.The room wasn't worth,there were voltage fluctuations and the ac leaking etc.My parents came in the evening,even though we booked and paid full amount,the receptionist there told that there is no more room. The receptionist and other workers here have no standards at all.This hotel and location is also very untidy.
