Location of Hotel not good not good service breakfast is worst

Nice food and affordable rates for the room as well as food and best place for staying. Hotel is very nice, located in a very nice location staff is very friendly and supportive, food is also very nice. Rooms and washrooms are very neat and clean hotel hall's is very well managed, hotel owner is very kind. I have stayed here and i am very happy with everything and satisfied. Keep it up

Expansive and shit service bugs in bed very dirty bathroom smell in bed and no water no cleaning in bathroom too much noise in hotel

A very good hotel in gwalior in a perfect location. Rooms are well maintained, staffs are well behaved. It always maintain hygiene and cleanliness. The ambience is very soothing. Lovely experience. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

It's pathetic to stay here after spending such amount. No geyser is working no morning tea till 9 am

The property was in very bad location, the service was terrible. Room was not properly made. Bed sheets were soiled. The room smelled like some smoked there. Breakfast was served cold. No hot water in washbasin. I feel this should be marked a 0 star. Not sure who gave it 5 star rating. Veer very bad experience(
