Rooms are very big and specious, well maintained, management are very good and most important part the food quality is too good, they just nailed it. I personal very happy. And cost is low too.

It’s a old property some of the rooms are renovated and we had a pleasant experience. Needs little bit improvement with food.

Decent hotel. 5 min walk from main market. Nice view of valley, service can be improved.
Room and location are good. Only issue is service. Took 1.5 hrs after an order of tea to bring the same.

There was painting going on in the hotel so there was really strong smell of paint all through our stay.

Overall the hotel was just average. The cleanliness and service was not very good.
The room had no intercom and it was not up-to the mark according to the price.

The over all experience with the hotel was nice except that the Super Deluxe Room in which we stayed was not carpeted. Instead floor tiles were nice. But in winters, the carpeting is must. Moreover, as claimed the parking facility is on the roadside and only one small car can be parked in the covered area. This needs attention. Food was nice but a bit costly.

This property is not worth the charges we paid. It was worth half the charges only for the entire stay. Poor sanitation, dirty rooms, spiders, taps weren't working properly. Only good quality was the breakfast and polite staff
