Useless service & experience i have in that hotel

Most horrifying stay
familyI booked this hotel with ac standard room however when i arrived at the hotel i was surprised that they did not have room available and they made me wait at ground floor room with less than 100sq ft space with no ac. The tv had no connection and was useless, to my surprise in the morning there was no hot water in the room and i had no option but to leave place as it is. Most terrifying stay

the rooms are good, full fecorated with pop. the staff also cooperative. the hygenic should have to maintain on daily basis.
