I had booked two rooms, and overlooked the bachelor's rooms. After visiting the property, they adjusted to a single deluxe room, thanks for your assistance.

We booked ordinary rooms for families but the ordinary rooms are not suitable for families they are very worst. Kindly mention that ordinary rooms are not suitable for families.

Don't choose this for low budget, it's very poor staff service and rooms are very very worst, like dirty bathrooms, no blankets, no mat out of the bathroom, they need to pay additional payment for the room, since we pay already payment

Choose only if you've run out of options. Poor accomodation.

Location good, hygiene and safety: horrible too expensive. Not worth it. Actual worth is in between 800 to 1000 for ac rooms.

It was very bad experience to stay in hotel saravana bhavan at mettupalay. Room are smelly, bathroom was very bad. No communication from room to connect reception. He has charged extra amount also from me to stay in this property. I can't recommend to anyone for this. Very terrible property it is.

There was a small room and a dirty bad and bathroom. The room was very dirty and behind side of hotel. Atmosphere is not so comfortable. I never book this type hotel. When my refund come in my account
