I have shown him booking confirmation e-reciept,but he pays no attention as such he has wasted my more than one hour, thereby me and my wife suffered mental agony and uncomfortness as we are travelling for long distance from Shrisellam and we need rest any how at 1.30 am I suggested let you provide us room and solve the matter tomorrow. He gave me room no.103, atmosphere inside the room is uncomfortable, no ventilation and unbearable smell, I know how I spent that night.
