Very bad service and rude behavior. Waste of money. All things are very, very bad.

Overall hotel is good and staff behaviour is good but the washroom is not clean

ac and landline is not working and no maintenance

The property is reasonably good. But it lacks restaurant. Location excellent ! It’s quite accessible to city market, Godavari river and lot of eating places

Reception person behaviour is not good . He don’t know any other language except local language.they are not giving packages drinking water .you can’t take more RO water also .for everything they are asking money

Front office staff were really good in prime location but the cleanness of the property is very poor and the towels and bedsheets are shaded and looks like they have not changed it for decades and washrooms are pretty bad need to upgrade, as it's a old property still the look of the rooms are good

Good front office staff, rooms are okay can understand as it's an 2 decades old property pest control needs to be done as cockroaches in the room

Hotel urvashi rajahmundry is situated close to the main road where the market is located. It is also close to the pushkar ghat and the railway station. We found the stay comfortable and the hotel is quite clean. Hot water is available from around 6 am. The staff is helpful.

It's near the station and bus stand and rooms are near maintenance

Bedroom is not clean and chairs are full of dust terrible experience not at all satisfied with the hotel

Hotel is in prime location with good transport facility. Staff welcomed at ground floor, lifting luggage and us to rooms. Rooms are clean and value for money. Non availability of restaurant and lack of car parking space are bottlenecks. Manager and staff are excellent in service orientation.

You need ask to switch on the Geyser else it will be off by default from the front desk. Rest of the things are working fine.

Good stay: pleasing hospitality with good service. Enjoyed the comfort stay in centre of the city and it was a great spot for relaxing.

The hotel is very neat and well maintained. Rooms are large with fine furnishings. The tariff is attractive though it is located very near to the river godavari and amid-st big shops with some good restaurants for dining. Staff were courteous and helpful. I recommend this hotel for couples and families.

All the rooms are vacant but the hotel receipnist asked 500 rs for early check inn, even though i am a regular through make my trip last one year

Good, value for your money, good location and accessible to apt-dc and pushkar ghat and men y other important places.
