Nice hotel with decent price located in prime locality

Charge for breakfast unauthorized food serve and no tea bags, wash room tiny not provide dental, grooming kit. This is type serve food charge

Room and services are good, but heavy noise coming from top floor because of gym. perking is also good but finding is difficult. no one guide you to parking

Totally waste of money. If you ask water also they are charging for it also. I book queen size bed but they give me single bed after fighting only they are giving

They are charging money for free complementary articles like tooth brush and paste. The towel provided by the hotel was not properly cleaned it looked very old. We have paid 3050 for one night it's not worthy

Photos are different from what we get … room was not clean … it’s in a complex .. not so good … staff was not good or trained to be called Fern property … I just checked out in an hour .. I booked it expecting a FERN hotel chain .. but this is a normal room .. with no amenities

I don’t recommend to book ssr fern suite hotel hereafter worst experience no power and no generator, no proper toiletries replaced. Wifi not connected. Worst experience.

I check in at 9 am they took 700 rupees extra. No food facility avaliable. Don't feel living in rooms. We only need to ask to provide towel brush paste

Room is good staff behaviour is not good parking is spacious only difficulty is at second level cellar.

Hotel was average, stay was normal, major issue was with the house keeping, it was disappointing that even after informing the hotel staff 3 time for house keeping of room the fail to do so, was staying there for 10 days house keeping was not good, not worth the money charged, and one of the main issue they have a gym and zumba classes above, and every day it starts from 6am continue floor dancing noise, disturbance in sleeping.

Good location service ws poor window in room were not having curtain and glasses were transparent i am frequent official traveller
