Though super deluxe room was booked, i had stay in ordinary room. Though 15% off was mentioned for f & b, no discount was given. Room quality average. Food was good. Breakfast starts at 10am, which is very strange and not appropriate.

Food and drink were not available in the hotel. There was no arrangement on the side of the hotel, except for ro, no tea and coffee

The booking was done considering location shown on mm t to be very close to vaishali metro station while the property misleadingly is in sector16a, the property is not upto mark. The faucets are missing, flush doesn't work, the hot water geyser only has 1 min hot water capability and have to wait for water to heat that to in chilling cold. Staff can be professional

Uncomfortable stay i had because of musquito, dirty room and bathroom, terrible noise from the lower floor, slow warm water flow to the bucket available for bath from instant water geyser, no use of shower head available, and many issues

They have a used comb. Toilets were dirty. Breakfast is served only after 10:00 am. Loud music till 12 am from the club below. Room was congested.

Service is such a poor one. Last night i ordered a sandwich, they could not serve even in half an hour and we left without having it. They did not even call, when it was ready, no update. The did not provide any towel in washroom, even upon asking multiple times. I booked my breakfast with booking but they said that do not serve breakfast, not even tea before 9 or 930am no geyser installed in the washroom. Pathetic experience.
