No hospitality and no food in the hotel

The receptionist behaviour isn't good at all. He's very adamant and doesn't know how to be polite. Rest all the staff members were of kind nature

Comfortable stay with good services

Manager was arogent & no manner of taking with costumer. Other staff was polite & food was good. Hotel room was normal but we have booked deluxe room.

Don’t get carried away with the fancy name

This was one of the worst stay in srinagar, very small room they have given to us. The bed was so hard we couldn't sleep. We cant even walk around the cot, also no bucket, towel provided initially until we ask. And no curtain for the bathroom also they kept all worst cloths plates etc in our shelves. Simply waste of money. Guys think twice before you book this hotel.

Provided standard room even when we booked delux rooms, they said they sold delux rooms to someone else as you checked in late also bathrooms were not good at all

So far away from city no restaurant
