Worst hotel to stay and i made mistake to book that hotel worst hotel

Staffs there are not helpful at all they even dont listen i gone throw many problems they dont have any room but still they accepy my booking and then they shifted to other hotel thats was so disgusting and than i told them to shift me they said okay but they did-not seriously room are not good plus tv is not working they just put for showoff they even dont put water bottle in my room i need to ask every day i stayed there for 4 days and its was my worst worst experience staff are totally in attitude i dont know what kind of attitude they have. Seriously when i said them i need my refund if u cant give me room they said talk with makemytrip i than talk with customer care and than customer care called the hotel so many time they dont even picking the call after this all issue i told hotel i want my refund otherwise m calling police at last they give me room. So if you dont have any room plzz this stupid hotel dont take booking also otherwise one day your hotel will be shut down
