worst experience property images & real rooms are so different & worst service

Worst stay ever, not even a 2 star hotel, zero 0 facilities, no management, broken facilities, no TV, not even proper bathroom to shower, suraj was one idiot who kept arguing and kicking out even playing full amount Not recommended to anyone going to gandhinagar

First of all I have booked a twin bed, where as they denied during check in and provided a double bed room , there was no water, no geyser, no towels for every thing we requested them, bathroom was full of diets on the first day it was so dirty that one cant just use the washroom, cockroaches were roaming inside the bedroom and bathroom,broken washroom having such a bad smell you can't even enter. does not have any idea about the on line booking, started arguing upon asking for twin bed, said (Aap check out kar lijiye) absolute a nonsense who ruined the complete stay,and we checked out prior to one day on 3rd August around 9 am and checked in to another hotel. The worse thing was the room 306 provided doesn't have a proper lock and a broken door, no duvet, no towels provided for 2 days,after having a lot of argument they provided the dirty towel and bedsheet instead a duvet.

It would not convenient as check in time was prefixedat 12:00 noon by make my trip

Great stay . Staff behaviour is great . Rooms are spacious. Great location.

no kitchen in the hotel rooms were dirty and had bad odour, no provision for even packaged drinking water/ tea/ snacks, no phone in the rooms to connect to the reception

The worst destination ever. No ventilation. Bed sheets are not cleaned. As well blankets too. No service. Not even providing water bottles and thankgod they have beds. Walls are stinky. No geezer. Please don't stay here you will waste yor money and precious time.

Basic amenities is not provided at hote. on ground there is no such facilities.

Find insects in hotel towel not give timely

searched in Google which is near to our conference, there s no food, amenities were gud and services fine

Poor maintenance of the property. Flush in the toilet doesn't work. The place doesn't have a restaurant.

Hotel in a prominent location with easy access to metro and public transport. Good city view from 10th floor, spacious rooms, good service & to add pvr cinemas in same complex

No ironing or laundry here. I had to go to conference and 2 days no one for laundry no food close by in one km radius and not much enmities

This place is terrible. I had no option as i had paid full amount for 3 days and due to an exhibition happening most hotels were full. The rooms are spacious but the cleanliness of rooms, linen, washroom and service are below standard. I will never stay here or recommend to anyone.

No food facilities, toilet sheet and bath seat found broken, subscription of tv channels not available, only soap and oil provided as a toiletries, intercom not available

Not even changed the blanket and pillow covers, no room service

Good and peaceful, i really love staying here. Rooms and lawns are spacious. I really love the dog & she is soo silent we didn't hear her bark.

Only the hotel ambience is good, you can feel peace and calmness. Situated on top of the building, missing basic services like food, tea, customer hospitality.

Hotel location good but not parking available. I am suggesting for breakfast start because any guest morning first tee but suman city hotel 10 th floor therefore going to 10th floor to ground floor difficult. Suman city hotel not properly clean
