The location for this hotel is unique as it avoids all traffic and congestion and seamlessly route you to your stay place as soon as you enter nainital. The hotel staff is waiting for you and welcomes you with all eagerness and respect. The stay was very pleasant as it gives you the bird eye view of the hills surrounding the nainital lake. Food and services are great as icing on the cake. Special mention to himanshu ji at the desk for his appreciable customer services.

Stayed with my wife and 2 year old son for 3 nights. Excellent stay in a good Hotel after a very Long time. Food was awesome and best thing is the restaurant chef and support staff would provide custom made food for kids irrespective of the food wastage and the number of times you trouble them. Buffet breakfast menu is great. A la carte dinner is also excellent. Dessert like fruit custard and sevaeya Kheer is lovely. Reception staff were too good, friendly and professional. Room is also good with a balcony to view the Hills. Free cab service is available any time until 9 pm to mall Road, that was very useful to do quick shopping. I would love to take these staff with me wherever I go, thanks to the great support, politeness and professionalism. Overall a great stay and would love to stay in this Hotel again.

Our stay was really nice. Hotel staff behavior was commendable. Actually we have mistakenly put wrong dates for our booking. When we reached there we realized that we have booked for next weekend, that was our mistake but the Hotel staff supported us in every way and I really appreciate their effort. Secondly there was a guy called Kamal, he provided us excellent service. Staff was very polite and the food is really good. So overall we had a great experience there. Thanks to the Hotel staff.

Location was quite beautiful ... It is near to Nainital high court. The quality of food served was great along with its quantity. Rooms are spacious although bathrooms were little small .. The bed is normal one and not like coir mattress. Best stay in budget category and awesome food.

Location is little distant apart from naini lake but a good place to relax, enjoying services of polite & caring staff. Food served has both variety and taste. Free WiFi, pick & drop to lake is increasing value to our money. Overall very good place to enjoy.

The first thing is that the staff of this hotel is really cooperative. Secondly the hotel is too good and you have to pay very less. Third it's close to mall road and pick up and drop facilities are also available with the hotel free of cost. And the last but not the least food is awesome.

Pick and drop service provided by hotel is proven very helpful for new arrival in the city. Food is excellent. Overall facilities and stay at hotel is very nice, comfortable, secure and worth for given cost. Staff is very co-operative and rooms are clean with hot water facility.

1. Location is quite. They have pick and drop facility to mall road from 9 am to 9 pm. 2. Food was surprisingly good than expected... Nice menu and taste was fine... 3. Rooms were clean, with LCD TV facility.. 4. Up to 10 cars parking space.. No nearby hotel of same category have so much space.. A much required facility for going to nainital by own vehicle..

Service are good by the manager and all other staff. Promt food service. Pick up service from mall road. Very supportive. They are renovate the hotel hopefully soon property will be upgraded.

The hotel has a decent location approx 1. 5 km from mall roll and the lake. Properties on the lakeside could be noisy and congested. The stay at sumanparadise was comfortable - the property is clean and hygienic c, the service is good no t eh food is excellent.

Good stay, the food was awesome in taste. Parking was less in space but it was well arranged. The hotel was far from the city had to walk 4kms one side. Overall good stay !

Best hotel felt like home there
Bestest hotel ❤️ i had limited amenities but they provided me more than that also felt a homie there❤️❤️ trust me the manager was a very good and cooperative guy
