The manager is offering small room when i have paid for bigger size room. Rooms are not clean

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. The service was severely lacking; basic amenities were not provided. Specifically, I had to follow up for 3-4 hours to get the TV services working. I do not plan to stay at this hotel again.

I had an excellent stay here, The place was very hygienic and clean. The staff is very cooperative and always ready to help.

It was a good and clean room but i ordered breakfast which was pathetic, hotel is near the railway station.

Room were good and service is fast as well room were clean and well organized hotel location is also near railway station

Good and safe place to stay. Room was good. Although there was no restaurent, but room service for delivering food to room was good. No other good option for eating nearby.

Room mein itni gandhi smell aa rahi thi sona mushkil ho gya. Next time se is hotel mein kabhi nahi aayenge

Ac was not working. Reception staff was rude also washrooms window are interconnected with other rooms

My experience was good in hotel sun city classic, staff behaviour was nice i am recommended this hotel specially for couples this is the best hotel and budget friendly.

I added 2 hours early checkin and checkout wid breakfast, unfortunately, management didnt accept this, also taken brakfast fee. One kenley water price 70 rs. I didnt recommend this please dont waste your money.

Staff behaviour too good. But expenses are too high and short space of room. But stay is good for couple.

I ordered a poha and it was not cooked properly leading to indigestion for a whole day. Very bad experience of indigestion

Need to improve more on hygiene. Otherwise the hotel is good.

Overall it was good and comfortable stay.
