Staff was not friendly and rooms are too small with bad odor with leakage and bed bugs , cockroaches around

The hotel were smelling like hell. There were mosquitoes. Bathroom doesn’t have ventilation. The passage to reach room was very narrow

The location is good, the staff is responsive and cordial but the biggest drawback is the rooms are not clean and maintained. There were insects in my room. And had to kill some.

The actual room is smaller. Apart from the fact that the ac does not work at full capacity, the small fan above the bed in the room makes a lot of noise. But the staff is good

Room was infested with cock roaches, food was terrible, bedspread was dirty, pillow covers were worn out. The towels provided were having hairs and what not. When asked for a change they provided even worse room, which we skipped. Plus this place is not good for family and married people.

Pros: the hotel was easy to find good interior nearby charni railway station many good places to eat around cons: we were 11 people and a day before our hotel room was downgraded to triple from quad one person had to sleep on a mattress due to their hotel’s mismanagement no refund or compensation for the difference in tariff which was around 600- no restaurant in the hotel few of our people weren’t served breakfast even after asking 3-4 times as poha was finished which was then served during our checkout

The stay at sun city hotel was horrible. Room was too small, dirty and full of cockroaches. Tv was not working. Only one thing was ok that it's location.

As far as deluxe room is concerned it was way small, kitchen at hotel closed at 10am in the morning and we haven’t got the tea or anything, location is convenient for travelling, bathroom was way to small, basic amenities provided and services was average. Overall average stay. If u want more amenities and having expectation then don’t opt for it but if you are ok with it and if suits your budget then go. Not recommended for couples, if you are travel-ling for work solo or with other person and location is suitable to you then go for it.

Terrible experience hotel standrads are very hopless wouldn't recommend it to anyone else

Poor service levels, no breakfast was served, they dint have any kitchen, door lock was faulty, on 25/07 around 11am when i returned to the hotel, i found my door room wide open. Poor experience.

The manager nilesh was very helpful. Location was good, rooms were clean.
