The water facility is not good at the hotel the water is drained already when i went for bath. The room is not properly cleaned but i liked the room service, the ventilation, and the area where hotel is situated.

My experience with hotel sunflower had been good but not that great. Good things with hotel 1. I was given early check in. 2. Close to mall road with easy access to nearby shops and hrtc local bus stand. 3. Hotel staff is polite. 4. Was provided hot water geyser in bathroom 3. Breakfast and dinner at hotel was good. Things for which i was disappointed. 1. Bedsheets were not neat and clean it had some dirty strains. 2. No ac or fan inside room. 3. Too much salt in food. 4. Broken furniture with bad smell from it. 5. As per policy smoking is not allowed but i saw people smoking inside the hotel. 6. Delay in hotel servicing, i have to follow up multiple times. 7. Telephone inside room was not working and tv had very limited channels for entertainment.
