Review Of HOTEL SUN PALACE

KED Not Working, Room service is not Available, Bathroom Condition is very poor, Furniture is very bed condition, Power supply is many time cuts.

No amenities. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Even geysers were not there in the bathroom. Not properly the cleanliness of the room

Nice hotel and staff also very good Rate is also good as per hotel

I am very disappointed about to see images on and real conditions. We found "They are very lazy to do the cleaning, everywhere in room and hotel we found dusting. Bedshit is smell like old socks when you complain them thay said " sir esa thoda bahut to rahega" Room me Rat bhi aa jate the We only found cleaning mis-managed. At reception one person is supporting nicely I have to take follow up and he has done the cleaning and change the bedshit

One of the best stays ever had in Rajasthan. The staff was quite friendly in nature plus the ambience and atmosphere of the room was amazing. Had a nice stay,would recommend this surely

The stay was really amazing, have a great experience in sun palace and the staff was nice and petite

The reception is generally without a attendy, during the day hours the person managing the reception was not at sight. The intercom hence is redundant as nobody is there to receive the calls at the day so you've to go down yourself and get your water or food yourself. The almirah inside the room was broken already. The lobby area in the second floor where we stayed was in bad condition, it was not mopped or cleaned. Generally it was an average stay. Yes there was hot water in the day but in night it didn't get that hot because of solar geyser. The bed was good, it was comfortable. Bathroom was good the water etc runs fine. Lock was good. Car can be parked in front of hotel as there is an open space at the entrance so no problem there. In rs 2600 something i don't mind, the hotel was what you expect from budget friendly ones.

It was a fantastic stay as the location is road side. The overall experience was great. Will recommend this to others.
