This time I was allotted a room on second floor where there was no WiFi. Toilet seat was found broken. The knob of jet in the toilet was leaking. Tea is served after 7:30 am and at exorbitant price of tea and it is not hot. Water bottle is sold by them at more than MRP, but since they don't give bill for that I could not complain. I would suggest to have tea at neighboring hotels and buy water bottle from neighboring stores for MRP.

Need more efforts to maintain the hospitality of property Food was not so bad and so good need more efforts to maintain the reputation of the property hotel sun shine. Staff behaviour was cool Over all it was and good experience

I was charged pretty high for rooms with no basic amenities. Flush was not working, no heater or ac(for heating. Found alternative property the next day with lower cost and all above amenities.

The view and location was amazing no doubt about that but the price is still hyped. What you get for the price is not justified, bad/leaking bathroom, unclean beds, no ac (which is the worst in jun e and july. Consider thrice before booking this one. You get breathtaking views of the lake and close proximity to some of the best restaurants.

- wifi was not working - the room and bedsheet was not clean properly - they don't even ask for checkin overall avg experience

Bed sheet was very dirty having stains and no warm water for drinking and no provision of electric kettle in the room tv was not working remotes were broken.

Absolutely no maintenance, extremely dirty and unhygienic. The bathroom roof was dripping. Linens are dirty and stained. It has a roof top with excellent view but again no maintenance.
