Near by Surat Railway Station, service is really good but receptionist has no welcome and exit skills, please improve

The reception guy has no welcome & exit skills with a smiley face. Please improve this. Starting 7 days service, response cleaning all are really good but one day I ordered dinner from swiggy but the receptionist told me please receive your Swiggy order outside the hotel or reception counter. I ask to manager up to now 7 days no any problem all order delivered to my room but after today this is not possible why? Please think and provide good service because if anyone order that means he aspect delivered up to the room. If anyone able to go outside the hotel or interest than frankly go and walk for dinner or lunch. As a customer, I suggest your management any order from outside please provide upto room if you have any problem like security than you sent one person with that guy upto delivered room. Mention this and once time think on that. By the way service was quickly and co-operative.
