Our booking was through Make my Trip.com. Excellent room only the TV was missing 203 ... rest all good ! Food ... only Dinner, in our case One Chicken Thaali and One Veg Thaali was good, quantity and quality too very satisfactory and tasty. The only thing was that we paid for the Dinner in Cash and Sto the boy who brought the Dinner to our room and also signed on the Dinner Bill because we had an early morning Check out 6.30/7 am next morning ... but he did not bring us back the receipt of our Cash Payment as he promised. So we are slightly disappointed. Anyways, keep going ! Our good wishes for you. If ever back in Bilaspur, we hope to stay at your Hotel again.. 😊👍🏻

Neat clean and well up to date rooms within budget. Lunch is also very tasty. Late night check in is also available.

Nice spacious room. Balcony makes it more cool. Enjoyed the stay. But room lacks tv. Overall very cost effective.

Very bad experience. They charge for dental kit. No phone in room. You have to call from your phone for order.
