The hotel location is Good but the room is average. The cleaning service is a little bit poor. in-house food is good

Except check in and check out nothing was even average. there is no wifi, no complementary water bottle, cockroaches are roaming, and the washroom flush was not working.

the place is pathetic, beds are broken, toilets are dirty and no service, no cleaning of room

first of all location of this hotel is good near bus stand and near railway station according to price stay is too good but bed sheet and pillows are littel bit dirty and room smells too much on the first day

property is good if I talk about the ac rooms and service is also decent but food should be improved and location is best that's the reason why I booked this property.

it's a very bad hotel. there is no good water facility. they are not provided with a WiFi pass. The cleaning facility is not proper. The room size is very small. overall all very very bad experience.

Worst experience, poor facilities, bad staff, toilets are toooo bad, bed are broken, blanket were smelling like gutter, no wifi (all though specified in facilities) cockroach inside the room. Less ventilation. Plz don't visit with family.

The wifi amenity was not working, the washroom was not clean and the room was not the same as shown.

The hotel was good but expensive. Also the manager of the hotel didn't let us use the rooms after the festival of holi. Such behaviour won't make them a profitable hotel. The food was mediocre.
