Average Stay
The hotel restroom was good ,the bed was small and there were ants in the bed which was untidy and uncomfortable .

Excellent Stay
The location was not far from the beach , you can just walk there . It also has an elevator which was really convinient . Room and bathroom was super clean an spaceous , and the bed was so comfortable. Just go for it . I would definitelt 100% stay here again if I ever visit pondicherry again .

Good Stay
My stay was incredibly comfortable, offering a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with amenities to ensure a hassle-free experience. Additionally, the property boasted a modern fitness centre, a refreshing swimming pool, and a tranquil garden area perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff were courteous and attentive, adding a personal touch to my stay. One of the standout features was the convenient locality. Everything I needed was within easy reach, including shops, pharmacies, and essential services. Local attractions such as lush parks, cultural landmarks, bustling markets, and popular restaurants were just a short walk away. The neighbourhood struck the perfect balance between vibrancy and tranquillity, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploration. Comfortable stay
The stay was great. The rooms where neat and clean and location was in center of town. Lot of food options nearby and hardly 1 km away from promenade beach. Overall value for money.

Excellent Stay
It was a great experience. We went for business trip and staffs are very polite and room was very clean. Also the location is easy access and you can rent scooter from the property. It’s food street and you can explore food and local market as well.

Location of the hotel was located at centre of the city and the room was very good abd staff was cooperative but the bed size was very small and uncomfortable

Prime Locality…very near to lot of food streets and shops…hotel is also decent for family..good wifi and basic facilities…parking is a bit concern as not more than 4 to 5 cars available..very near to Rock beach…overall satisfied..

FOOD SERVICE NEEDED
There is no breakfast or coffee provided, and the price is quite high. The rooms are very clean and nice, but the main issue is the lack of food service, which needs improvement.

Genuine visit review
Genuine review: Staff support - Excellent Cleanliness - Excellent Rooms interior- Excellent Room Service - Excellent Parking - Available Breakfast facility - Not available Room combination - Not good. We got one Deluxe & one executive room. Someone, either MMT or hotel need to work on this part. Only thing, which set our mood off was while checkout, they did room inspection & demanded us to pay for bedsheet charges over Rs. 1200+ stating Ice cream stain will not get cleaned & we need to pay for the bedsheet amount, which upon resisting, though they waived off the charges & let us go, but But which hotel ask for bedsheet amount from the customer?

No food available, asking for extra money for using towels. Poor speaking staff no decent courtesy for travellers. Asking money for giving water bottle also
