Review Of Hotel Sunrise

The room's speciality suit, was not provided, as mentioned in the booking as they, mentioned 1 foot extra in the standard room is called a suit.

Firstly i would like to express my sincere thanks for the timely update ❤️.. we got the stay with a reasonable amount. The hostel sunrise hospitality and accommodation is nice.. and the place is very appropriate for the location. One negative that is Tv is not working ... they said that some maintenance works going on... Overall a nice experience..

not cleaned, no comforter sets, hit water is not coming ....not recommended for the price

Good stay, tourist places are in walkable distance, 3 adults 2 childs accommodation in single room with triple bed.

Rooms and restrooms are clean. But no proper service for the guest. Close to beach

The stay was overall good. There was a slight delay in checking in but afterwards everything was good. The room was clean and all and there was a common balcony were we can have the street view. But we missed the sunrise view since we were not able to see from the terrace. So overall if you are looking for a budget friendly stay sunrise is good.

More than the hotel, mmt is annoying and fraudulent. Misleading too

The hotel is average. Not too good. The facility is also so so. We booked the room only for few hours so it's ok but if someone want to book for 2_3 days then please go for another options

Location was easy to find. Firstly no parking space, hotel representative told to park anywhere outside. No clean bed sheet, no blanket provided on request given blanket cover only. No water bottle as mentioned in amenities. No provision for contacting reception. During checkout hotel boy forcely asking for money. Booking done for 3 person but no additional mattress provided. Overall experience very bad as property only providing a place to sleep with no service expectation

To be frank, i couldn't enjoy my stay at hotel sunrise. Immediately after checking i sensed that the bedsheets & cover were not washed for min last 1 week. It was smelly & i saw hair fallen from the previous passenger in the bed & on pillow cover. On my request to change, though they initially hesitated, got it changed. The hotel receptionist was a bit friendly & cooperating. The room is very small, not at all like the one shown in photo. The charges are pretty higher than what is available with better standard. Location is ok, near to vivekananda rock & rely stn.

We had booked double bed room for four guests. But they show the single bedroom. Told that you have booked this room. If you want double bed you must pay additional charge.
