It was near by mall of asia. Ventilated, neat and clean room, new constructed building. I will recommend the people who are visiting for ncbs, c-camp or uasb.

Very bad experience with that person. In midnight tha basted asking extra amount this is the way to talk to customers like rowdy

The owner was extremely rude upon our arrival. demanded 1000 rs extra, for our 4 days stay which we had paid He demanded further than we should reach the property before 11pm or that we'll not be granted entry. He charged us for water bottles and the bare essentials during the course of our stay. Although the rooms and facilities were fine( apart from the shower tap falling on our feet every-time we used the shower. His behaviour was outrageous and rude. Please do the needful in managing properties similar to this. We were attending a conference and we were handicapped because of this property owner.
