I was in trouble in my first day 16th april because office of hotal was closed and given office no was not responding. I have call more than 50 times during 1:00 am to 4:00 am. Lastly stay out side of hotal with my wife and children.

If you want a good holiday, do not stay at Hotel Sunshine.

On 13th June, my family and I checked into Hotel Sunshine at 7 PM (two rooms for two nights). Once we got our rooms, we realized we could not stay there. Reason - the bathroom was slippery and unclean, the bedsheets were yellowed and damp, the room stunk of vomit and moist, and there were huge spiders crawling all over the room amongst other insects. This is never okay, especially not when the hotel was advertised as a decent stay with clean rooms. We set off to find another decent hotel and within two and a half hours from our check-in time, we had checked out and moved to the new hotel. The management was unhelpful about our complaints and our request for a refund. We contacted Make My Trip and they refunded all our money back within three days of the incident. If you want to have a good night sleep, you should not put up at Hotel Sunshine because you definitely will not be waking up to the sunshine, you will be woken up by bed bugs and spiders.
