The existing staff were very helpful and undoubtedly good employees. The hotel was under renovation, the entrance were completely blocked and the and the state of the hotel was in complete renovation and rebuilding make my trip should have taken a note of this and should not have allowed booking of this hotel. I reached hotel quite late, hence had to accept the existing status of the hotel to stay back. Cleanliness was very poor of the room bed-sheets very dirty, and restaurant was not available at all, not even drinking water was available all the time. Paying such a premium price for the hotel and not getting any facility, not even basic drinking water, make my trip should refund me the amount. Earlier i did hotel bookings from makemytrip and didn’t faced such issue. It seems to make my trip has lost its governance. I won’t be booking for the hotels via makemytrip now.
