Room was a bit small but was clean and had basic amenities. The overall saving grace was good ac which turned on genset quickly, even with the frequent power cuts

Only stay nothing else. I paid for free breakfast. they gave me option Puri - sabji or sattu Paratha...that too they will bring from outside. no drinking water facility, no water bottle, nothing. you pay and you will get. at a temperature of 13⁰ even for a hot tea you need to go outside...

Room was not clean properly and staff is not educated how to manage guest also not able to attend other states visitors need to learn hospitality management. Owners goodwill good in city but they need to more focus on their hotel.

Hotel infrastructure is average. There is no modern amenities in the room, washroom is also very worst, room condition can also be rated as average. Service which is very important part of any hotel is not satisfactory. Catering quality is also very low standard. Only one good thing is that it is located in prime location. So the overall rating for this hotel is average.

The exprience of stay in supriya hotel is soo bad, i paid for this and i don't think this hotel deserves even 1k/night. Pathetic condition of rooms, beds and blanket.

Hygiene parameters not maintained. Lots of waste items were kept in the dustbin. Wifi not available.
