Very good stay. Food was excellent. Staff and hospitality 200. Chef and food is 500. Must must try if in varanasi. Rooms are spacious.

No wifi. I my 6 days of stay, i could find their wifi working even for a second. Location is good. Room size is also good.

Hotel rooms are spacious but air ventilation system is not proper. Toilet smell persist in the wash room. Hotel reception staff is not polite and pantry staff is late in responding to customer request. Customer car parking is horrible. Very dirty and there is no lift connection till parking basement. Service staff is not adequate.

I stayed with my mother and wife. The rooms were spacious though but service was terrible. Very bad management. They are giving r. O water to drink unless you scold them and ask for mineral water (complimentary. No hot running water. Only thing that goes with this is the location. Need a lot of improvements.

Room was average but dirty, hot water not coming, location of hotel was not good, Lift was very slow, room passage was dirty, some wall in the passage was broken. Restaurants was ok ok, food okok. overall our experience was not good.

I stayed as it was showing a 3 star hotel, but trust me this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The room were not that good, the bedsheet were full of sopts and pillows were dirty. It was said there it has city view, clearly there were no any windows to watch. The washroom was such a mess, all the time water was dripping in the cumboard. The lightning and ambience was very poor. This room should not cost more than 7-800. I'll suggest you to rethink while booking this hotel. Clearly it was not upto the mark.
