Room and location is very good. Service is fantastic. Hotel Suraj near railway station and bus station. Staff and management is good. Hotel is very clean and water is cold and hot also available. Staff behaviour is very good in short hotel is good in you budget.

Nice but it required some small important improvement. Otherwise it's OK Room was good .. Hotel suraj inn only 750m from Surat railway station Hotel suraj employee are very helpful Food also tasty

हॉटेल मे बेल बजाने पर कोई नही आता साथ ही फोन भी खराब था खाना बहोत मेहेंगा और quantity & quality भी ठीक नही थी।।।व्यवहार अच्छा था।।। सफाई ठीक थी।।।

No proper room services. Hot water is not available, we have to request the staff for a bucket of hot water. No menu, I ordered some dishes via waiter of hotel and he provided me food but with much increased prices.

Terrible Stay

Room at suraj inn was highly uncomfortable. Fan was making sound, room was smelling bad, bed sheet was dirty, even i can't explain in words. Specially the behaviour of deepak rawal was so so so bad.

My experience is very bad with this hotel, they have harnessed to me, because all hotel giving deluxe room in AC and they are giving non AC, they are thinking about money not human values, services and hospitality.

Please do not go to this hotel it is useless so don't go in this is better to stay in slum then to stay here. So don't go there and know nothing then it. It's the worst hotel ever I lived in it is not capable of 1 star.
