Review Of hotel suraj palace

Hotel Suraj Palace does not look as they have uploaded on the Make My Trip. Rooms are average, Floor was rought, crockery was disgusting, food was average, bedsheet was used. Its over priced for these facilities. Location is fine.

I booked deluxe room but they gave me a just poor standard room and so many insects and room was not clean very very worst

Hostel is very inferior in service, quality and cleanliness. It is managed by unprofessional. They do not pick up phone for service, no regular cleanliness and bathroom fittings are broken. Many things out of shape. Rooms are much smaller and with the price range of 2000- much better alternative available in bhopal. I did not take food but price of food is very costly as compared to bhopal's top restaurant. I do not recommend to book this hotel.

Good location near the airport. Good food. But room condition is not expected compared with pictures.

Had there been a zero rating for the hotel, i would have given it. We have booked executive room, they provide us a small room with pathetic cleanliness, rat nuissance, geyser, ac not working.

The stay was great, rooms were clean and the local was also good, first day they didn't sent any sugar or sugar cubes with tea but overall me and my family had a good experience.

The property is comfortable and can stay in. Also can be used for family and friends to stay on this property

Sub par as per other 3 star hotel in the region. Low lights, bathrooms and beds can be much cleaner. Supplies, room service not as per 3 star standards.

I liked the place as they did respect our privacy and were really polite. The hospitality was nice! no issues with check-in and check out!

Very poor standard. It seems they clean the complex only once a day. Food tray, used plates keeps lying in the gallery. Overall very poor

Geyser was not working. Lot of mosquitos in room. Bed sheet was dull.

My stay was horrible. The room they allotted had hardly any space available. Bedsheet and mattress were completely dirty. Ac was not working at all and was also making unnecessary noises. The room mirror was dirty and wasn’t cleaned. I will not recommend this to anyone if their the plan is to choose standard room.

If you are on a business tour and looking for not so expensive comfort hotel near airport, you can choose this. Nothing luxurious about it, but comfortable. You may find the rooms a bit suffocating on entering the room first time as it's locked and mains are off, but once ac and exhaust are on, it will be comfortable. Food is not great, but manageable and cost effective.

It was not good. Too kuch noice from other rooms. Little smelly. And suffocating room. And food was also not good

2. The hotel room was very small and conjusted, there was smell in the room, no drinking water and other amenities(tea pouch and coffee. At the price offered for that room, there should have been something complimentary (at least tea bags, coffee with electric kettle and water within the room.

I ended up visiting bhopal for personal work and had to work from there for 10 days. Also had to work remotely from hotel. Overall stay was comfortable and good experience at suraj palace

The hotel was not at all good, the room was so congested for two members. The washroom was not clean. Even didnt have water early morning back to back for our 2 days stay. As per rates of 4343 the room was like a matchbox. Even the food quality was not good. Won't recommend for any one. Nor will go if we visit bhopal again
